What you get

Marketing for real estate agents

A website in your own colors and type, listing films cut from your footage, and social media that runs every week. For agents in Sonoma & Napa Valley and across the United States.

  • A website in your brokerage’s colors
  • Listing films with the address, your name, license number and brokerage
  • Captions checked against a Fair Housing word list; you approve each one
  • Social media every week
See everything included

Signature agent website

Your own site, designed for you from one of three design directions, in your colors and type, with listing pages, a home-value request page, open-house sign-in and reviews. Your domain stays yours; the studio hosts it and keeps it current.

Listing films

Upload phone, professional or drone footage of a listing. The studio cuts a short and a full film to music, with the address on screen and your name, license number (DRE in California) and brokerage on the closing card. You approve every cut, then download it.

Captions that describe the home

Listing captions use facts from the listing only and are checked against a Fair Housing word list; you review and approve every caption. They describe the home, never the buyer.

Every lead answered

Web inquiries get an instant reply, usually within a minute. Value requests and open-house sign-ins come straight to you.

Social media management

The channels you choose (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X or Threads), planned, produced and published every week in your voice. LinkedIn is an add-on.

Market letter and past clients

A monthly market letter written for you, plus closing anniversaries, value updates, holiday notes and a personal review request after each closing.

Paid social

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built from your approved media, with the ad budget paid by you directly to Meta.

Your brokerage’s standards

If your brokerage has an identity manual, your website, films and captions follow it: approved colors, type, naming and disclaimers.

How it works

  1. 01

A short conversation. We look at your current site, channels and listings, then send a clear recommendation.

  2. 02

Choose your design and plan. Pick a signature website design and a package on your private plan page, then sign and pay online.

  3. 03

Send your material. Upload headshots, logos, listing photos and footage from your phone.

  4. 04

We build. Your website, brand rules and first films are built over two to three weeks.

  5. 05

Approve and go live. Nothing goes out without your yes. Then the studio publishes, answers and reports on the schedule in your plan.

Questions

Do you work with agents outside Sonoma and Napa Valley?

Yes. Everything runs online: you upload and approve from your phone, and the studio manages the rest. Vezpera works with agents across the United States.

How much does marketing for a real estate agent cost?

Management runs weekly, billed monthly, after a one-time $2,500 setup: Essentials at $250 a week, Growth at $450, Premier at $599 and Full Engine at $795, with a four-month start. Paid ad spend is separate and always approved by you. An agent website is included with Growth.

What goes on a listing film?

The address on screen, footage cut to music in a buyer’s walk through the home, and a closing card with your name, license number (DRE in California) and brokerage, in your website’s colors and type.

Do I own my website and films?

Your domain and your accounts stay yours, and every film and post you have paid for is yours.
